Event Report】Fukui City Hosts Fukui Shinkansen Special Party in Sabatini (2/3 SAT) Special Party in Sabatini (2/3 SAT)

The event was held at our restaurant to let people in the Tokyo metropolitan area know about the attractions of Fukui City, which will be more accessible with the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line.
About 35 guests including Fukui City Mayor Nishiyuki Nishiyuki, Tokyo Olympics 2020 fencing team gold medalist Miobu, who is from Fukui, and other guests with ties to Fukui participated in the event.
Participants enjoyed 18 different dishes from appetizers to desserts that fully exploited the appeal of Fukui's ingredients, as well as conversation and deepened exchanges with each other.
