Today's prix fixe lunch featured a fish dish of " grilled sea bream with eggplant puree and tartar in balsamic sauce ".
For the eggplant tartar, we use an eggplant called "higomurasaki," which is a red eggplant from Kumamoto. It is said to be delicious and tender when cooked. The eggplant served with this dish is a different variety.
