Today's pasta dish for the daily lunch was "Trapanese with Shrimp and Dried Tomatoes from Fujilli's."
It is a traditional sauce from a Sicilian town called Trapani, made with dried tomatoes, basil, almonds, garlic and pecorino cheese.
The guests loved it and we will offer it again.
